For each engineered application we use 3.5” stainless square shafts supported by four hanger bearings with a billet shaft coupling to ensure minimal deflection and long life. New Chevron belt carry way system is designed to promote belt tracking and overall belt performance. Balanced loading ensures maximum heat transfer and overall productivity.

The Smart Machine Retrofit System is custom designed for each production machine application. An engineered shaft mounting system ensures proper alignment and minimal deflection. Low friction polymer bearings support the shafts.

A belt carryway is designed for a fully-loaded belt, and is masked with lower friction covers to reduce belt drag. Transfers are located and aligned so there are minimal downed containers. The system requires no lubrication and maintenance costs are minimal.
