System for Single-Lining without Back Pressure
The single-lining table is capable of separating practically all types of bottle, jar and can. The principal component of the system for single-lining without back pressure is a multiple conveyor whose individual belts are controlled according to the output of the line. The design of the slat conveyors is matched to requirements (depending on container diameter and line output). Length, width and number of parallel conveyor tracks according to needs. The machine is made entirely (except for the drive and bearing elements) from CrNi steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) or other rustproof materials, such as plastic. Switch cabinet/operator panel made of CrNi steel 1.4301 (AISI 304), with integral PLC and all necessary contactors and controls. Bus computer for controlling very high outputs.
