The length limit can be adjusted according to the cucumber sort and glass jar size.

With opposite running insert, Knife disc sluable in the frame for easy accessibility.

Strip cutting machine STSM for slicing leaf vegetables, peppers and similar products into strips, with optional length limitation.

Dicer and strip cutter WUSM for potatoes, celeriac, kohlrabi, beetroot, white and red cabbage, chicory, turnips and swedes, onions, apples, peppers and similar products.
Capacity up to 5,000 kg/hour, depending on cut size.
Max. product diameter 170 mm as standard, special version available for 200 mm.
Cut settings from 2 to 14 mm.
Made from CrNi steel 1.4301 (AISI 304); bearing housing and stator from bronze (standard) or CrNi steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) (special design).
Special version available for straight and crinkle-cut French fries.

Transverse slicer SCSM for carrots, cucumbers, beetroot, peppers, leeks, rhubarb, celery, aubergines, courgettes, kiwi fruit and similar products.
Capacity up to 3,000 kg/hour, depending on cut size.
Max. product diameter 70 and 110mm.
Cut settings from 1.0 to 25 mm.
