SMT provides complete mechanical and electrical on-site installation services, either full installation or an installation management service which includes the supervision of local personnel. Smart Machine has produced many types of equipment such as: Pasteurizers/Coolers/Mezzanines, Conveyors, Screens, Dryers/Ovens, Oxidizers, Material Handling Systems, Heavy Duty Bins/Hoppers for a number of different industries. Installations

Smart Machines can provide safety trained manpower, tools, and equipment for installation of equipment or components at our customers site. We provide millwrights and welders, overseen by an experienced management team. Our services include equipment set, anchoring, and interface with other machinery or structures. We also provide general equipment maintenance, overhauls, and modifications.

Start up assistance personnel make final adjustments and ensure the equipment is operating properly. An engineer or electrician can be provided as necessary. Our crews can be mobilized to any location in the continental United States. Our work schedules will be designed to meet any customer needs. Site specific safety rules and regulations will be adhered to by our crewmembers.
