Our facility includes over 85,000 square feet and boasts impressive
capabilities such as one one of the largest Mitsubishi Laser
Processing Systems on the East Coast. The laser operates on
a continuous wave of 3000 watts, pulsating to 4000.
The manufacturing facility consists of a clean, modern sheet
metal and machine shop. We are equipped to burn, form, weld,
and assemble.
60,000 Square Feet Manufacturing Area with 20' ceiling height.
This area has four (4) shipping/receiving docks. Three of
the docks are at a fixed height. The fourth has an adjustable
electric dock board. This area also has a 14' wide x 12' high
drive in door.
10,000 Square Feet Manufacturing Area with 40' ceiling height.
This room has a overhead crane with a 35 ton main hook and
10 ton auxillary hook. There is also a 14' wide x 16' high
drive in door.
8,000 Square Feet Engineering, Sales, and Office Space. Our
Engineering offices are equipped with the latest automated
hardware and software (Autocad).
7,000 Square Feet Stock Room Area This room has two 8' wide
x 8' high shipping and receiving doors. One has a fixed dock
and the other has a variable dock height.
